The I-9 Form is a U.S. Department of Homeland Security form for employees who are authorized to work in the United States. Every employer in the country must request a potential employee to compelte the form. In order to fill out the I-9 form correctly, an employee must present to the employer original documents that have not expired from either column in List A OR in List B AND C. Below is an example.
